The Lake City Branch
   25 miles west of Gunnison, and 36 miles between Sapinero and Lake City, with 1,000-foot high walls through the brutal Lake Fork Canyon, this is where the Lake City Branch would travel between 1889, to 1937 when the rails were removed.
